Due to the handmade and custom nature of Dragonfly Jewelry Co pieces, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or experiences a breakage due to a defect in craftsmanship.
Repairs and Fixes
If your jewelry breaks due to a craftsmanship issue (not normal wear and tear), please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Once approved, I offer one of the following options at no cost to you:
- A free repair and return shipment
- A replacement, when repair is not possible
I am happy to fix your piece and send it back to you free of charge, as long as the damage is not caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage.
Normal Wear & Tear
Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to:
- Chain breakage from snagging or pulling
- Tarnishing due to natural oxidation
- Stone or charm damage due to impact, water exposure, or improper storage
These types of damage are not eligible for free repair or replacement.
Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges at this time.
